Return Policy

• Returns must be made within 30 days
• Merchandise must be in original packing (unopened)
• Custom made, used, or altered merchandise is not returnable
• Bulbs and aerosol products are not returnable
• Special ordered merchandise is subject to a restocking fee
• Shipping charges are not refundable
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest that you insure the merchandise you are returning and ship using a service that has a tracking option
• Exchange Items- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and will then be charged to re-ship the new item
