31" hip length parka with zipout liner.
100% nylon outer shell treated with ® for soil release and water repellency, the fabric is laminated to a waterproof, windproof blood born pathogen.
All seams are sealed.
Permanent lining Newport Harbor Aqua Control system is waterproof, windproof and breathable.
zipout quilted liner with nylon knit cuffs.

Two way heavy duty front zipper.
